Boom boomly boom!

The limited color palate makes my eyes want to stay on this picture for a ridiculously long amount of time. The pose is dynamic, and the placement of the explosion brings a nice gradient of light to dark for the background, as well as allowing for seriously exciting lighting from below on the person's body. The image is visually pleasing and I enjoy looking at it. However, the anatomy could stand to be improved on a bit. In particular, looking at the right buttock, it seems flat and oddly angled. The arms are remarkably skinny, but this reads as artistic choice rather than weird anatomy. One thing I really do like about the person is her scars. They read as incredibly realistic, and make me wonder what the story behind them is. I feel like this image tells a tale, and I'm curious what it is. Also, the hair is great.
